We had a good amount of workout movements from last week so I wanted to do some fun scenarios with a little acting.
possible scenarios
- 1. “Gym Showdown” (Competitive / Comedic) Concept: Two gym bros start flexing to impress someone, escalating into a ridiculous one-up contest.
2. “Circuit Chaos”Concept: They rotate rapidly between workout stations (bench, mat, step-up box), trying to keep rhythm to an imaginary beat.-
- Spotting a Heavy Lift Setup: One lifter, one spotter, one observer.
