We had a good amount of workout movements from last week so I wanted to do some fun scenarios with a little acting.

possible scenarios

  • 1. “Gym Showdown” (Competitive / Comedic) Concept: Two gym bros start flexing to impress someone, escalating into a ridiculous one-up contest.
  • 2. “Circuit Chaos” Concept: They rotate rapidly between workout stations (bench, mat, step-up box), trying to keep rhythm to an imaginary beat.
    1. Spotting a Heavy Lift Setup: One lifter, one spotter, one observer.
    1. stretching & Cooldown Session -Setup:** Post-workout scene.
  1. Waiting for Equipment
    • Setup: Gym crowding situation.
  2. Water Break / Rest Between Sets Setup:** All three take a break together.
